A heartwarming day at Southwest Airlines as young aviation enthusiast Emma got a once-in-a-lifetime surprise from the incredible Southwest Team!
A lifelong Southwest fan with dreams of becoming a Southwest Pilot, Emma was welcomed to the airline’s Headquarters for an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience. The visit included a tour of the Network Operations Center, her very first hour of flight training with a Southwest instructor, and a stop at Southwest The Store to add even more memorabilia to her growing collection.
