American Airlines Captain Joel Marquez of Warwick, a Boeing 737 pilot who dedicated his life to the skies, passed away unexpectedly on June 8, leaving behind his family, friends, and colleagues in mourning.
Remembered as a loving father, son, brother, and friend, Joel leaves behind his 19-year-old daughter, Elilah, and his 1-year-old grandson, Thiago.
A fundraiser has been launched to assist his family with funeral expenses and provide support for his daughter and grandson during this difficult time.
