A dramatic midair fight erupted aboard a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight from Sylhet to London Heathrow on September 16, sending shocked passengers scrambling from their seats as two men exchanged blows in the aisle.
According to reports, the confrontation began as an argument before turning physical. Video from inside the cabin shows one passenger with his T-shirt badly torn as the fight continued.
Passengers—including men and women—rushed from their seats in an attempt to separate the two men, while screams could be heard throughout the cabin. Children and elderly passengers were also reportedly on board.
The situation was eventually brought under control after cabin crew intervened and separated the passengers.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines confirmed that two passengers became involved in a physical altercation during the flight and said the cabin crew resolved the situation.
The cause of the argument remains unclear. It was also not immediately known whether police made any arrests after the aircraft arrived at London Heathrow.
