Breeze Airways Expands Network With 11 New Domestic & International Routes Using Airbus A220-300s

Low-cost carrier has unveiled a major network expansion with the launch of 11 new domestic and international routes set to begin between July 2026 and January 2027.

The airline’s latest expansion strengthens its growing presence across the United States while also boosting leisure connectivity to popular Caribbean and Mexican destinations. All services will be operated using the modern and fuel-efficient Airbus A220-300 fleet, offering passengers enhanced comfort, quieter cabins, and improved onboard amenities.

## International Expansion

Breeze Airways is significantly expanding its international leisure network with six new routes connecting major U.S. cities to vacation hotspots in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean.

### New International Routes

* Pittsburgh International Airport – Cancun

Three weekly flights beginning January 7, 2027.

* Pittsburgh International Airport – Punta Cana

Three weekly flights beginning January 7, 2027.

* Richmond International Airport – Cancun

Two weekly flights beginning January 8, 2027.

* John Glenn Columbus International Airport – Punta Cana

Two weekly flights beginning January 8, 2027.

* Tampa International Airport – Cancun

Two weekly flights beginning December 19, 2026.

* Tampa International Airport – Saint Thomas

Two weekly flights beginning December 16, 2026.

The new international services are expected to target winter leisure travelers looking for convenient nonstop access to warm-weather destinations without relying on major hub airports.

## Domestic Network Growth

Alongside its international growth, Breeze Airways is also strengthening its domestic network with five additional U.S. routes focused primarily on Florida and East Coast leisure markets.

Three weekly flights beginning December 17, 2026.

Three weekly flights beginning October 1, 2026.

Since its launch, Breeze Airways has focused on connecting underserved city pairs with nonstop flights that avoid traditional airline hubs. The addition of these 11 routes further highlights the airline’s aggressive expansion strategy and increasing confidence in leisure travel demand.
