Federal agents arrested a female passenger as she boarded a Southwest Airlines flight at Denver International Airport, prompting a brief delay before departure.

The arrest took place on the jet bridge, where several federal agents escorted the woman off the aircraft without incident. Witnesses said the operation appeared calm, and the remaining passengers stayed on board while authorities completed the arrest.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) later confirmed the woman was taken into custody as part of an immigration enforcement operation. Officials said she had a final order of removal and was being detained pending deportation proceedings. Authorities also stated there was no threat to public safety.
