A plane made an emergency landing in a field near the Blair airport on Wednesday morning.
The Aircraft is Cessna A188B Agwagon with registration N84497.
The pilot was the only person on board at the time and was not hurt in the landing.
Law enforcement responded to the scene around 11:30 a.m. Blair city officials said the aircraft left from the Blair Executive Airport.
Officials said first responders found a single-engine aircraft in a field south of the runway.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation by Blair police and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Investigators said the aircraft may have experienced engine failure and the pilot made an emergency landing in the field.
